The Kaneshie District court, today, adjourn the case brought against popular and controversial preacher bishop Daniel Obinim to 9th September 2020.

The leader of the God’s Way Church is still to remain on the GHS100,000 bail term with three sureties for the time being.

He was arrested on a bench warrant the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) May 19 over the publication of false news and falsification of documents.

Bishop Obinim was charged with the offences of Publication of false news and Forgery of document contrary to sections 208 and 159 of the Criminal and other offences Act, 1960 (ACT 29).

He is also undergoing investigation for other cases levelled against him. He is expected to reappear in court on the said day with an unabated hope of going through and coming out with a piece of positive news.
